It is the responsibility of the customer or pet owner to ensure that the pet accessory is suitable for their pet. Whippa Snappa Ltd does not accept any responsibility for incorrectly used accessories.

Like all human accessories, pet accessories are subject to wear and tear. It is the owner's responsibility to monitor the condition of the accessories to ensure they remain safe for use. If any product shows signs of wear or tear, it should not be used as intended. Our accessories are suitable for most small pets and for everyday use; however, if our products are abused in any way, we cannot accept responsibility for product failure.

No accessory is indestructible. Please always check your pet's accessories for wear and tear. Our dog accessories are suitable and sturdy for everyday use. They are suitable for domestic dogs. We do not refund or replace products for general wear and tear; only genuine faults will be resolved after inspection. We do not guarantee any protection from our items, and owners are responsible for any damage created to the products from misuse or by their dog on walks or from unsafe storage of products.

Print color may vary across the full range due to different fabrics used for each item. Many designs are made as a repeat pattern, so each harness will be unique. All designs are copyrighted. Owners must ensure they have purchased the correct size for their dog by using the size guides available. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes being purchased. Dog harnesses must fit at the neck and chest to be suitable. We are unable to alter harnesses and items to requirements. 

If you notice any adverse reactions from your dog wearing our products, please remove them immediately and seek veterinary advice. The active substance we use for our insect repellent has an excellent profile, and is known to be very gentle on skin. Our products have been tested on dogs with known environmental sensitivities, with no adverse reaciton, but every animal is an individual. 

We recommend machine or hand washing our accessories. Harnesses: place in delicates bag or pillowcase with all buckles done up. Machine wash cool below 30°C on a handwash or delicates setting. Do not iron, do not tumble dry. Wash separately. Do not use fabric conditioner. Bandanas: Machine wash below 30°C. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not use fabric conditioner.
